Consulting & Coordination
Planning, Documentation, and Coordination
Not every project starts with a shovel. Often the first need is figuring out what the project actually requires.
- Project consultation and planning
- Work-scope development
- Lead-safe work practice guidance
- Documentation and paperwork assistance
- Compliance preparation
- Coordination with lead risk assessors and inspectors
- Coordination of required testing and clearance
- Subcontracting or partnering on lead-related portions of projects when appropriate
Lead-related requirements can vary based on the property, project scope, applicable regulations, and whether children or other occupants are present.
Environmental Approach
Eco-Conscious Work Practices
Containment, wet methods, and HEPA vacuuming keep dust confined to the work area. Where the property and scope allow, encapsulation, stabilization, and component repair can address hazards while keeping sound original materials in service and reducing the volume of material sent off site. Lower-VOC coating and encapsulant options can be discussed as part of your scope of work.
Specific methods, products, and disposal requirements depend on the property, scope of work, and applicable regulations.
